REPORT: Heavy rainfall waterlogs vehicles in Keserwan’s Al-Wadi neighborhood
Lebanese roads witnessed on Thursday severe traffic jams, particularly on the highway from Beirut towards Jounieh, due to heavy rains that had fallen since the early morning hours.

In the same regard, a number of cars became waterlogged and significantly damaged in the Al-Wadi neighborhood located between Zouk Mikael and Zouk Mosbeh.

Residents of the said neighborhood called on concerned authorities to come for their aid, while Civil Defense teams worked to pullout the stranded cars.

Also on Thursday, six persons were injured in different traffic accidents caused by heavy rainfall in the regions of Harissa, Safra, Naameh, and Kfardebian.
